* Initial release, and given the final name of "QRP Keyer 4" to this
  package.
* Added roofing/flooring to the CW speed control code, with speed
  that now wraps-around when either the top or the lower boundaries
  are crossed.
* Dropped the HTML manual for the moment, to reduce the effort of
  maintaining too many documentation formats.
* Min. and max. speeds hard-coded to 6 and 45 WPM respectively.
